Improv Everywhere is a New York City-based prank collective which loves to bring joy and happiness to people, and so far they have executed over 100 missions. For their latest this group have decided to prepare an incredible Christmas surprise for the unsuspecting New Yorkers. They placed a 7-foot-tall switch in front of New York City’s Father Demo Square and very soon after people started acting curious about the mysterious red switch, right until one woman decided to turn it on!
When she flipped the switch, the entire square lit up with 50,000 Christmas lights, and not just the trees, benches, and fences around the park, but also a mob of performers who were wearing lights wrapped around their clothes! These performers were instructed to turn on their lights and freeze in place when the switch was flipped on. Amazing!
