This is one truly amazing science experiment, and if you like to watch or perform cool science things, then you certainly do not want to miss this one.
It is called The Water Balz experiment, and it involves polymer balls. Just to mention, if you did not know, anything made of plastic is a form of polymer. And polymer is a very long molecule, so it has the potential to absorb large quantities of water. They start out smaller, than a marble, then grow to the size of a racquetball when placed in water — all in less than a day! The amazing thing is that the balls are invisible under water’s surface, and when you remove them from the water light refracts against balls making them visible.
In the video, you can see how awesome is when you manipulate this water balls. They can roll, but can not bounce, they will explode when thrown or dropped. Even though, it is an amazing experiment, so check out the clip, and share please!!!
